Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to explore new ideas, technologies, and methodologies pertinent to our industry. Analyze data, interpret findings, and present results to key stakeholders, fostering a transparent decision-making process.
- Product Development: Design, plan, and execute experiments and projects aimed at developing new products or improving the performance, quality, and cost-effectiveness of existing offerings. Your innovative approach will help streamline the development process.
- Prototyping and Testing: Create and evaluate prototypes, performing thorough testing and validation of new products or technologies. It is imperative to document all processes, results, and observations meticulously, contributing to our knowledge base.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all research activities, experiments, and results. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management and other teams, ensuring the smooth flow of information.

Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or technical field (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Material Science, Engineering, etc.). A Ph.D. may be advantageous for certain positions.
- Experience: Proven experience in a research and development role, preferably in our industry. Demonstrated experience in designing and conducting experiments as well as a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Technical Skills: Robust analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods, alongside exceptional written and verbal communication skills, is essential.
- Soft Skills: A highly innovative and creative mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously are highly valued.
- Physical Requirements: Capability to work in a laboratory or pilot plant environment, which may involve handling chemicals or machinery. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing detailed work with hands.
